It is the funniest film I have seen and it's so christmassy.
Buddy(Will Ferrell) is an elf that lives in the north pole with Papa elf and works in Santa's workshop, with Buddy unknowing that he has been adopted and he is not a real elf but a human.
Buddy tries to make toys and ends up being way behind. While being placed in a different sector he over hears two elves talking about him and finds out the truth that in-fact he's not a real elf. With his Papa telling him the full story on how he ended up being adopted and living in the North Pole.
He finds out his real Father is living In NewYork and he wants to meet him. With nothing but his Elf outfit and good luck and the blessings of his Papa and Santa. He embarks on a journey to NewYork without knowing what to expect. While searching for his dad Walter Hobbs he ends up getting into mischief with very funny scenes to boot. He ends up finding his father and after a DNA test proves he is his son, his father has to take responsibility for him. With his father being a very stern business man has to deal with his very childlike son. With very funny scenes lot's of laughter and lots of festiveness to get you into the Christmas mood it's a fantastic movie for all the family.
What a great Sunday movie to watch tonight get out the the sweets and make some hot chocolate and enjoy the movie.
